Bansho Publishing Engineは、AIや自動化ツールを補助として活用しながら、企画、制作、品質確認、投稿、分析を一貫して管理する内部運用基盤です。公開可否や権利、安全性に関する重要な判断には、人間による確認工程を設けています。
Bansho Publishing Engine is an internal workflow platform that uses AI and automation as assistive tools for planning, production, quality control, publishing, and analysis. Important decisions concerning publication, rights, and safety remain subject to human review.
コンテンツ企画
公開するコンテンツの世界観、テーマ、対象視聴者を設計します。オリジナリティの確認と権利の整理を事前に行い、制作に進む前に方向性を確定します。
Content themes, target audience, and originality are established before production begins. Rights and ownership are confirmed at this stage.
コンテンツ制作
映像、音声、画像、テキスト等の素材を、所有者本人が制作または管理します。第三者の著作物を無断で使用しないことを原則とし、すべての素材の出自を把握した上で制作を進めます。
All content — including video, audio, and images — is produced or directly managed by the owner. Third-party materials are not used without explicit authorization.
品質確認
投稿前に、コンテンツの品質・権利・安全性を確認します。著作権侵害、誤情報、有害表現が含まれていないかをチェックし、基準を満たさない場合は制作段階に差し戻します。
Before publishing, content is reviewed for quality, rights compliance, and safety. Items not meeting standards are returned for revision.
管理された投稿
品質確認を通過したコンテンツのみを投稿します。YouTube APIを通じた投稿は、初期設定を「非公開」とし、所有者が最終確認を行った後にのみ公開に変更します。投稿後も人間が結果を確認します。
Only approved content proceeds to publishing. YouTube API uploads default to private. Public release requires final human confirmation.
パフォーマンス分析
投稿後のパフォーマンスを分析し、次のコンテンツ企画に活かします。視聴者の反応を把握することで、より良い世界観の構築につなげます。データは所有者のみが参照し、第三者への提供は行いません。
Post-publish performance data is analyzed to inform future content. Analytics are accessed by the owner only and are not shared with third parties.
人間による最終確認
すべての工程において、所有者本人が最終的な判断を行います。自動化ツールはあくまで補助的な役割であり、コンテンツの企画・品質確認・公開可否の決定は必ず人間が行います。
The owner personally makes all final decisions. Automation is supplementary only. Planning, quality assessment, and publishing approval always involve human judgment.

すべての新規投稿は初期状態で「非公開」に設定されます。公開は所有者の明示的な確認後のみ実施されます。
